1. Outline After an initial consultation, we create a table of contents for your book. 2. Interviews Once you approve the outline, we have a series of recorded conversations covering every chapter and subsection. 3. Transcriptions The recordings are transcribed into documents. 4. Editing The Book Clinic spins your words into a cohesive, professional book. 5. Proofreading After a break for test readers, the Book Clinic conducts 2-3 full rounds of proofreading by different proofreaders to locate any lingering typos. |

1. Outline During an in-depth consultation or series of consultations, we create an outline for your book. Depending on your book, this may include research, character descriptions, competition analysis, and more. 2. Writing You'll relax and enjoy watching your book appear in our shared, secure folder in the cloud. After each chapter is complete, we make sure you like the results before proceeding. 3. Editing Once the book is finished, you're invited to go through it and make changes. When you've signed off, we scrutinize every sentence, word, and period until your book is ready for test readers. 4. Proofreading After a break for test readers (friends, family, etc.), the Book Clinic conducts 2-3 full rounds of proofreading by different proofreaders to locate any lingering typos. |
